All orders will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 unless otherwise specified and we will include the tracking number in your despatch email (please check junk mail if you cannot see it in your inbox)
Shipping is available for UK addresses only.
(Please note that we are currently unable to offer shipping to Northern Ireland or addresses outside of the United Kingdom. We apologise for any disappointment caused)
How long will I have to wait for my order?
We make everything to order in your chosen options, so please allow up to 3 weeks for your items to be despatched. Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday will be received the next working day and the turnaround time will apply from this date. This is a maximum timescale and in many cases your order will be despatched sooner. Please bear in mind these time scales when purchasing for growing puppies or if you need your items by a specific date. Please message us if you have any special requirements.
We put a lot of love and attention to detail into making every single item, so we believe your accessories will be worth the wait!
Which courier do you use?
All orders are sent via Royal Mail 48hr tracked. We do not use any other couriers.
Once your order has been despatched and is in the care of Royal Mail, we are not responsible for any delays that may occur due to events out of our control (For example: Royal Mail industrial action, extreme weather conditions or delays during seasonal holidays)
Missing parcels can only be investigated with Royal Mail once 10 working days have passed since delivery is expected as these are the guidelines set out by Royal Mail.
