Q. When will I receive my order?
A. Our items are hand made to order with love, so please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be despatched. We believe it will be worth the wait!
In many cases your order will be sent sooner than these time scales but at busy times we will need the full estimated time.
In the event that there may be a delay on our part, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss options. If you do require your item for a specific date, please get in touch before ordering and we will do our very best to accommodate.

Q. What parcel carrier do you use?
A. All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Q. What packaging do you use?
A. We try our best to minimise waste, so all of our outer packaging (our famous purple floral mail bags) can be recycled. Inside your parcel, your items will be carefully wrapped in tissue paper which can also be recycled.

A. We apologise for any disappointment caused, but we currently deliver to UK addresses only.
